At Exterior Plas our factory is at the core of the business and the centre to our entire operation. It enables us to react quickly and efferently allowing us to offer the best services to our clients.
Precision Manufacturing Powered by Advanced Technology
Our manufacturing space totals around 15,000sq feet and is filled with state-of-the-art machinery. At the heart is our CNC machine which aids us in maintaining levels of accuracy, as well as improving productivity ensuring a quality product with a fast turnaround.
We are always happy to welcome clients and customers to have a tour of our facilities.
Fabrication
Exterior Plas has been fabricating REHAU products for over 30 years –and since its launch in 1988 has remained one of the largest manufacturers of windows and doors using the ‘Calibre’ profile, alongside the TOTAL70 suite, and the Rehau ‘Rauferno’ fire rated products for which we spear-headed the Research and Development over 20 years ago.
